Abstract:
A motion detection apparatus (1A) of an embodiment of the present invention includes a short exposure-image motion detection unit (41), a long exposure-image motion detection unit (42), and an integration unit (43). The short exposure-image motion detection unit (41) detects a motion of a short exposure image based on a previous short exposure image and a short exposure at present time and generates motion detection information of a short exposure image. The long exposure-image motion detection unit (42) detects a motion of a long exposure image based on a previous long exposure image and a long exposure at present time and generates motion detection information of a long exposure image. The integration unit (3) integrates the motion detection information of the long exposure image with the motion detection information of the short exposure image and outputs integrated motion detection information.
