Abstract:
To provide a motion device that can reduce a moment load caused by a difference in an installation surface, and also can adjust and maintain the rigidity when a moment load acts.
The motion device 40 includes: at least one or more track bodies 1; a plurality of moving bodies 2 movable on the track body 1; a mounting body 3 spaced apart from a placement surface 17 of the moving body 2; an elastic body 32 disposed between the moving body 2 and the mounting body 3, and for separating the moving body 2 and the mounting body 3; and a plurality of coupling parts 36 for coupling the moving body 2 and the mounting body 3 such that the relative attitude thereof is variable.
