Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized and light motion transmission device which can ensure a wide range of operation.
CONSTITUTION: A link mechanism 1 (motion transmission device) is composed by arranging a first parallel link 3 and a third parallel link 5 in parallel. Respective rotary link members 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37 are connected to connecting members 39, 41, 43 so that they can freely rotate. In such motion transmission device, when the connecting member 39 or 41 is driven in any direction by a distance (n), the connecting member 41 is driven by a distance (n×k) without changing its attitude. (k is a link ratio.)
