A frictionally engaging mechanism for frictionally engaging both hubs 7, 9 by fitting of conical friction surfaces 7c, 9a and an intermediate friction member 10 extending in the shaft direction of a compressor 3, is provided between a driving source side outer hub 9 and a compressor 3 side inner hub 7, pressing force is applied between the mutual conical friction surfaces 7c, 9a by a nut 11, rotation of the outer hub 9 is transmitted to the inner hub 7 via the frictionally engaging mechanism at ordinary operation time of the compressor 3, the intermediate friction member 10 slides at overload time of the compressor 3, and falls in a recessed part of the conical friction surface 7c to reduce the pressing force to idly rotate the outer hub 9.
