Abstract:
PURPOSE:To absorb and alleviate the vibration of the motor and the multivaned fan by a method wherein the side plate of the multivaned fan is formed into an annular frame and said annular frame is coupled to the motor shaft through the intermediary of a three-pronged elastic support having pleats for providing resiliency. CONSTITUTION:The side plate of the cylindrical multivaned fane 1 of low blade or high blade constitution is formed into an annular frame 2. On the bore side of the annular frame 2, a three-pronged elastic support 4, having a boss 7 in the center section and pleats 3 for providing resiliency, is arranged and the annular frame 2 and the elastic support 4 are coupled together with the caulked sections 6 and, at the same time, the rotating shaft of the motor is inserted and fixed in the boss 7 located in the center section. Through said mechanism, the vibration generated by the revolution of the motor and the multivaned fan 1 can be alleviated by absorption and the revolution of the fan can be smoothed.
