Abstract:
To provide a motor which facilitates manufacture of a stator by preventing backlash of a coil bobbin around an axial line and backlash in an axial direction.SOLUTION: In a motor 1, each of flange parts 36 and 37 of a coil bobbin 20 constituting a stator 3 includes two projections 39. The projections 39 in each of the flange parts 36 and 37 are overlapped in a direction of a motor axial line L. An outer stator core 22 and an inner stator core 23 holding the coil bobbin 20 therebetween include multiple recesses 29 and 33 on end faces 25a and 31a opposite to the coil bobbin 20. The recess 29 of the outer stator core 22 and the recess 33 of the inner stator core 23 are partially overlapped in the direction of the motor axial line L. Each of the projections 39 is larger than the recesses 29 and 33 in a circumferential direction and includes a tapered annular outer peripheral surface portion 81. In the annular outer peripheral surface portion 81, one directional outer peripheral surface portion 81a which is directed to one side in the circumferential direction and another directional outer peripheral surface portion 81b which is directed to the other side are crushed by being abutted to opening edges of the recesses 29 and 33 on the end faces 25a and 31a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
