Abstract:
To provide a motor coil, along with its manufacturing method, which realizes, for example, a slotless motor of high efficiency.
A motor coil component 1000 comprises a plurality of swirl parts 110α-110δ where a wire material is at least wound in edgewise, and crossover parts 120a-120c that connect the swirl parts together. The crossover part is provided to connect the outermost peripheries of the swirl parts together. Each of the swirl parts 110α-110δ has at least a hollow part 111 at its center and has a pair of straight parts 112a-112h facing each other across the hollow part 111. The hollow part 111 has a gap which is substantially integral multiple of the width of the straight part 112a.
