Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor coil structure that is able to securely fix a coil and an insulator by means of a stator core by supplying highly viscous varnish from outside of the coil.SOLUTION: A motor coil structure 1 comprises: a stator core 10 having teeth 11; A concentrated coil 20 comprising a flat wire 21 disposed in the teeth 11 of the stator core 10; and an insulator 30 interposed between the coil 20 and the stator core 10. In the coil 20, at least one of a pair of coil end part 22 has spaces 23 wider than the other portions in terms of the intervals of the flat wire 21 in a radial direction D of the stator core 10. The insulator 30 has a through-hole 31 between the coil 20 and the stator core 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
