PURPOSE: To change on real-time the control loop gain, accelerating time, and other parameters while a motor is in operation in the motor control apparatus of a two-input type for analogue commands and pulse array commands.

CONSTITUTION: A switch SW3a on the analogue command side of a selection switch SW3 is connected to an analogue command input terminal T1 through an A/D converting unit 1. A switch SW3b on the pulse array command side is connected to a pulse array command input terminal T2 through a speed operating unit 4. A parameter setting unit 12 is connected to the output side of the selection switch SW3. When an analogue command is selected by a change-over switch, only the switch SW3a on the pulse array command side is turned on. When a pulse array command is selected, only the switch SW3b on the analogue command side is turned on. Then, utilizing the input terminal T1 or T2 on the side which is not used for commanding, the parameters are set by the parameter setting unit 12.
