Abstract:
To provide a motor control circuit for watch capable of suppressing an increase in a drive time when driving a rotor from the state that the motor is stopped for prescribed steps, a movement, an electronic watch, and a control method of the electronic watch.SOLUTION: A motor control circuit for watch controlling a motor having a coil and a rotor includes: a driver which is controlled into an on-state that drive current is supplied for a coil and an off-state that no drive current is supplied; a current detection part which detects current value flowing through the coil; a target current value setting part setting target current value; and a driver control part which compares current value detected by the current detection part with the target current value and controls the driver into the on-state or the off-state in accordance with a comparison result. The target current value setting part makes the target current value at a first step larger than the target current value at a second step when driving the motor for prescribed steps from the state that it is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
