Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the generation of a large offensive sound during the rotation of a stepping motor.SOLUTION: A motor control device includes: a stepping motor; a chopping signal generation part that generates a chopping reference signal; a frequency setting part that sets a frequency of the chopping signal generation part; an output circuit that flows a current to a coil; an output control circuit that controls an output current of an output circuit by a chopping on the basis of the chopping reference signal; a frequency control part that controls the chopping frequency; a sound sensor; and a control part that detects that a sound level of an abnormal noise frequency band corresponding to an offensive sound exceeds a preset upper limit level during the rotation of a stepping motor on the basis of an output of the sound sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
