Abstract:
To effectively execute an initial setting of a plurality of servo motors connected through a common signal line.SOLUTION: A motor control device comprises: a plurality of servo motors 231 to 23n which each have a memory that stores identification information for identifying the motor and are connected to a common serial signal line 22; and a controller 21. The controller 21 issues a command to store the identification information in the memory to the signal line 22, and the plurality of servo motors 231 to 23n cause the memory to store the ID information when the servo motors are operated for rotation while the controller 21 is issuing the command to the signal line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
