Abstract:
To provide a motor control device capable of discharging electric charge of a capacitor while reducing a behavior to be given to a motor.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a motor control device comprising: a gate drive output unit which applies a gate signal to a bridge circuit connected to a brushless motor; and a capacitor which smooths a power source supplied to the bridge circuit. The motor control device comprises: a storage unit which stores for each phase a rotation angle of a rotor in which a change in inductance of a coil provided in the brushless motor is within a reference value; a rotation angle detection unit which detects the rotation angle of the rotor; and a command output unit which refers to the storage unit to output to the gate drive output unit a command for discharging from the capacitor with respect to a phase in which the change in the inductance is within the reference value, on the basis of the detected rotation angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
