In a motor control device 4, power is supplied to an H bridge circuit 52 from a main relay 51 connected to a battery 5. In the H bridge circuit 52, four switching elements SW1-SW4 are connected to a motor 3 in an H shape. Between a junction of the main relay 51 with the H bridge circuit 52 and a reference potential point, a third electrolytic capacitor C3 is provided, so as to store electric charge caused by the indication voltage generated when the motor 3 stops.
