Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller that reduces a torque ripple resulting from PWM in a synchronous motor.SOLUTION: A motor controller comprises: an inverter circuit 18 that drives a motor 22; and a control circuit 1 that controls an inverter circuit 18. A harmonic compensation part 11 of the control circuit 1 calculates an order N of a torque ripple resulting from a pulse width modulation with respect to a fundamental frequency Finv, by using a fundamental frequency Finv of a fundamental current flowing in the motor 22 and also using a switching frequency Fsw used when a switch element provided in the inverter circuit 18 is subjected to pulse-width modulation. Using the order N, the harmonic compensation part obtains a d-axis compensation voltage value, which is a reverse component of the torque ripple resulting from the pulse width modulation, and q-axis compensation voltage value. A first adder 9 of the control circuit 1 adds the d-axis compensation voltage value to a d-axis voltage command value. A second adder 10 of the control circuit 1 adds the q-axis compensation voltage value to a q-axis voltage command value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
