Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cutting tool of a file, etc., from being impaired, to improve the operability of a hand piece and to easily perform an operation for base tube formation, etc.
SOLUTION: This controller is provided with a detecting means 6 which detects load torque applied to the cutting tool 17, and a control means 1 which stops a motor 2 for cutting tool driving or decreases the rotating speed of the motor or drives it in a backward direction when the load torque reaches reference torque set in advance.
