Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loss of synchronism in a drive operation after driving of a stepping motor is stopped while a mobile body capable of reciprocation is moved.SOLUTION: A motor controller for controlling a stepping motor includes: a drive unit for driving a rotor of the stepping motor; a drive controller for controlling the drive unit in response to an input command; and a wrong stop storage unit 55 for storing wrong stop information D53 showing a stop during movement when the drive unit suspends drive of the rotor while a mobile body is moving. When a start command Sa is input for commanding start of drive as a command under a state where the wrong stop information is stored, the drive controller performs fixing excitation during a set time T9 after performing phase matching to rotate the rotor to a start position, and then controls the drive unit such that a revolving magnetic field should be generated for consecutively rotating the rotor from the start position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
