Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control, in a motor controller using a sinusoidal drive waveform, a phase of the drive waveform while detecting a position of a motor axis.SOLUTION: A motor controller according to the present invention drives a motor 101 having a structure in which a rotor shaft 102 is rotated by excitation of a coil. A slit rotating plate 105 rotates with the rotor shaft 102; light and shade areas are detected by photo-interrupters 103, 104. A detection signal is binarized by a comparator 106 and measured by an encoder circuit 107. A CPU 108 is interrupted by an encode signal; a sine wave generator 109 transmits a drive waveform to a PWM generator 111 to control the motor 101 through a motor driver 112. The CPU 8 changes a period of the drive waveform by performing comparison on phase relation between the drive waveform and the rotor shaft 102 to perform control so that target phase relation between the drive waveform and the rotor shaft 102 is established at time at which a transit time corresponding to a phase value for adjustment passes after the present time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
