Abstract:
To provide a motor controller capable of securing safety by quickly detecting the output abnormality in motor torque caused by a failure of a DA converter.
A DA converter abnormality detector 10 outputs a DA converter abnormality detection signal 116 to a microcomputer 2, when having detected an abnormality of the DA converter 3. The microcomputer 2 switches a gate circuit 6 from 'servo-on' to 'servo-off' to stop driving a synchronous motor 8.
