Abstract:
To provide a motor controller that prevents unnecessary charging and discharging of a battery caused by the unnecessary torque of a motor when there is an error in a rotary sensor.
In the motor controller, when a torque command value is zero, a target value of an inverter DC current is calculated, and a deviation between the target value and a detected DC current is obtained to estimate and correct the error at a position of a magnetic pole. The position of the magnetic pole can be corrected to prevent unnecessary power current and a regenerative torque from being applied to the motor, thereby preventing unnecessary charging and discharging of the battery.
