Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce high frequency noise due to a through current generated immediately after switching of a switching element, in a motor controller for seat belt motor drive, without causing any problem of heating.SOLUTION: In order to suppress the peak of a current that flows during reverse recovery characteristics of a body diode built in a switching element, the through current is suppressed using a small transistor, and a large transistor is conducted after the through current finishes to flow so as not to cause a problem of heating, thus suppressing the colorific value of a drive circuit.
