Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress disturbance and reduce the arithmetic processes for the compensation of the disturbance substantially even if there is a variation in motor characteristics.
SOLUTION: A drive means 4 which generates a motor drive voltage has a positive feedback loop by which the positive feedback of the motor drive voltage is performed through a filter 5. The filter 5 is so designed as to have &verbar GF(s)&verbar approximately 1 in a frequency band in which disturbance is to be suppressed and, further, have &verbar GF(s)&verbar <&verbar Gopen&verbar over a whole frequency band wherein GF(s) denotes the transmission function of the filter 5 and Gopen denotes the open loop transmission function of the filter 5 when the drive means 4 does not have the positive feedback loop.
