Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain smooth speed command and current/torque variation with respect to abrupt variation of a speed command input by limiting the speed command input with a trapezoidal acceleration command and converting it into a trapezoidal + S-shaped speed command, and then controlling the conduction current to a motor depending on the difference from an actual speed.
SOLUTION: When a switch 3 is turned off, a motor 4 is actuated toward a speed command set by means of a volume 1. Based on an acceleration command approximated by a trapezoidal acceleration command, a converting means 5 makes a comparison with a speed command input and outputs a converted speed command 1 for each sampling period. A motor control means 7 controls the conduction current to the motor 4, depending on the difference of the speed command signal 1 from an actual speed from a speed measuring means 8 and operates the motor 4 to attain an actual speed pattern which is substantially equal to the speed command signal 1. When the switch 1 is turned on, the speed command turns to 0, and the acceleration becomes negative so that a speed command pattern for deceleration is obtained.
