Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device that can detect accurately a rotor position not only during usual control but also during weaker magnetic flux control.SOLUTION: The motor control device includes: a first rotor position detecting portion 28 that detects a rotor position of a synchronous motor by using a rotor position calculating formula which includes, as variables, a current electrical angle or an inductive voltage electrical angle, a current wave-height value and a first electric phase or a first inductive voltage phase which is determined based on a formula: the inductive voltage electrical angle minus the current electrical angle; a second rotor position detecting portion 29 that detects the rotor position of the synchronous motor by using a rotor position calculating formula which includes, as variables, the current electrical angle or the inductive voltage electrical angle, the current wave-height value and a second electric phase or a second inductive voltage phase which is determined based on an interlinkage flux of the synchronous motor rotor; and a selecting portion 30 that selects either one of the first rotor position detecting portion 28 and the second rotor position detecting portion 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
