Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device that can suppress an occupant from feeling strange when switching control amounts between systems.SOLUTION: Switching portions 37 and 47 in systems input assist control amounts calculated in one system 30 to respective current control portions 34 and 44 in the systems during normal time, during which a sensor or the like is in a normal state. After a failure detecting portion 35 detects a failure, the assist control amounts are switched to assist control amounts of an assist control portion 43 in the other system 40 and inputted into the current control portions 34 and 44. A torque sensor 5b, a vehicle speed sensor 6b and the assist control portion 43 in the other system 40 are being operated during normal time as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
