Abstract:
To remove more reliably and in a short time strain having generated by punching, and fixing by swaging, fastening with screws and welding, etc. of an electromagnetic steel sheet that composes a motor core.SOLUTION: An annealing apparatus 1 includes: an annular induction coil 10 arranged inside a motor core C to be annealed and concentrically with the motor core C to be annealed; an AC power source 20 for applying alternating current to the induction coil 10; a moving mechanism for changing a relative position of the induction coil 10 and the motor core C to be annealed on a horizontal plane; and a temperature measuring mechanism 16 for measuring a temperature of the motor core C to be annealed, in which the moving mechanism changes the relative position according to a circumferential temperature distribution of the motor core C being annealed which is obtained based on a measuring result by the temperature measuring mechanism 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
