To provide a motor core manufacturable by a simple manufacturing process and capable of achieving a high efficiency, by suppressing eddy current.
Insulating layers 12 of resin, etc., are formed on the surfaces of particles 10 made of magnetic material. These are mixed with a molding resin 14 and are put in a molding die 16, and are heated and pressurized. The molding resin 14 is melted by the heating, becomes a binding agent, and binds the above-mentioned magnetic material particles 10. It becomes possible to manufacture a motor core by a simple manufacturing process without having a process of punching a magnetic steel strip, a laminating process, and a welding process in this way. Besides, it becomes possible to suppress the generation of an eddy current at every direction, and therefore to lessen the iron loss, since the magnetic material particles 10 of the motor core manufactured are insulated form each other by the insulating layers 12 on the surfaces.
