Abstract:
To provide a motor device and a power tool that suppress deterioration of performance due to press-fitting and fixing.SOLUTION: A motor device 1 includes a rotor 5, a teeth core 4, a yoke core 22, and a coil 23. The teeth core 4 has a tubular inner cylinder portion 3 in which the rotor 5 is disposed inside, and a plurality of body portions 41 protruding from the inner cylinder portion 3 in a radial direction R1 of the inner cylinder portion 3. The yoke core 22 press-fits and fixes the teeth core 4 on an inner peripheral surface 222. Each of the plurality of body portions 41 includes an outer peripheral side tip portion 410 and a tip piece 42 extending from the outer peripheral side tip portion 410 in a direction D1 intersecting both the radial direction R1 and a central axis C1 of the inner cylinder portion 3. The yoke core 22 press-fits and fixes the plurality of outer peripheral side tip portion 410 on the inner peripheral surface 222. At least one body portion 41 of the plurality of body portions 41 has a pressure input relaxation groove 43 at the outer peripheral side tip portion 410 along the central axis C1 of the inner cylinder portion 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
