Abstract:
To suppress distortion of a gear plate in a motor which fixes a gear plate to a motor case by caulking.SOLUTION: A motor 1 is provided with: a rotor shaft 40; and a gear plate 50 which supports spindles 133 and 143 of a deceleration wheel row 102. The gear plate 50 is fixed to an opening of a motor case 10 by caulking. On the gear plate 50, a reinforcement rib 59 is formed on an inner peripheral side of a caulking position K. Consequently, deformation of the gear plate 50 can be suppressed by the reinforcement rib 59, and deformation by caulking is hard to spread to the inner peripheral side. Consequently, deterioration of position accuracy of a shaft support 52 and support holes 57A, 58A, 57B and 58B provided on the gear plate 50 can be suppressed, and deterioration of position accuracy of the rotor 30 and the deceleration wheel row 102 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
