Title:
モータ装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5393291
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strike a balance between the ensuring of strength of fastening a blower fan with a ring magnet and the reduction of a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: In an air blowing apparatus 10, a claw 52 is engaged with a recess 56 and a notch 54 is engaged with a projection 58, causing a ring magnet 50 to be relatively immovably fixed in the axial and circumferential directions relative to an annular part 42. Then, the fixing strength can be secured between the blower fan 40 and ring magnet 50. Further, the claw 52 is engaged with the recess 56 and the notch 54 is engaged with projection 58 to secure the fixing strength relative to the annular part 42 of the ring magnet 50, eliminating the need for the ring magnet 50 to be adhered to the annular part 42. Additionally, the ring magnet 50 does not need to be pressure-inserted into the annular part 42, and highly dimensional accuracy is not required for the inner diameter of the annular part 42 and the outer diameter of the ring magnet 50, even when the ring magnet needs to be pressure-inserted. Thereby, a manufacturing cost can be reduced.
