PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device with a brushless holder which can be assembled by automated assembly equipment.SOLUTION: In a motor device, on a first wall surface of first and second bottom wall parts 61a1, 61a2, a brush, a varistor, a capacitor, a choke coil and a PTC thermister are mounted, on a second wall surface 61f of the first bottom wall part 61a1, conductive members 66 to 70 are mounted which electrically connect the brush, the varistor, the capacitor, the choke coil and the PTC thermister to each other, among the brush, the varistor, the capacitor, the choke coil and the PTC thermistor, and the conductive members 66 to 70, connection parts CP1 to CP12 electrically connected to each other are provided, and these connection parts CP1 to CP12 are provided only on the same plane of the second wall surface 61f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
