Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the S/N ratio by positively increasing a current ripple of a tenth-order component and consequently, to enable a rotational state of an armature to be precisely controlled.SOLUTION: A motor device includes: first to fourth magnets 26a to 26d which are provided spaced apart from each other in the inside of a yoke; a commutator 30 equipped with ten commutator segments 31; and a pair of brushes 32 in sliding contact with the commutator 30. Around the rotational center of the commutator 30 as a center, the respective brushes 32 are arranged while being spaced apart from each other at an angle of 72 degrees. As a result, along with rotation of the commutator 30, the respective brushes 32 simultaneously stride over commutator segments 31 adjacent to each other, and change in the effective number of conductors can be increased. Since the change of the effective number of conductors is ten times during one rotation of the commutator 30, the S/N ratio can be improved by increasing a current ripple of a tenth-order component and consequently, a rotational state of an armature 27 can be precisely controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
