Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor drive circuit whose configuration is simplified and whose production costs are reduced by a method wherein respective gate control signals are generated by using one voltage source and the signals are input to gates of respective switching elements or the like.
SOLUTION: Drive circuits for A-phase switching elements 23, 26 comprises an A-phase high-order switching-element drive circuit 50 and of an A-phase low-order switching-element drive circuit 52. When a gate driving signal Hin is input, the A-shape high-order switching-element drive circuit 50 applies, to the gate of the A-phase high-order switching element 23, a DC voltage Vcc, for switching-element drive, which is supplied from a DC voltage source VDC. In addition, when a gate driving signal Lin is input, the A-phase low-order switching-element drive circuit 52 applies, to the gate of the A-phase low-order switching element 26, the DC voltage Vcc, for switching-element drive, which is supplied from the DC voltage VDC. Thereby, the configuration of a motor drive circuit is simplified, and the manufacturing costs of the drive circuit are reduced.
