PURPOSE: To provide a motor drive control device which can perform a cooperative control of plural motors regardless of the presence or absence of interruption processing jobs and also of the priority of these processing jobs.

CONSTITUTION: An interruption mask means of a management control part 1' masks an interruption signal before the control parameter is set by a control parameter setting means and a drive instruction is issued. Then, the interruption mask means cancels the mask state of the interruption signal after the control parameter is set. Therefore, other interruption processing jobs are not carried out regardless of their priority when the control parameter is set and the drive instruction is issued. Thus, the control parameters can be collectively set and a cooperative control is attained for plural motors.
