Abstract:

To obtain an appropriate compensation output for any type of drive control by providing a switch for outputting a correction value corresponding to the control type of a drive controller operated using all inertial moments to be compensated by a calculated drive roll to a drive controller of that type.

A motor drive controller comprises a non-drive roll to be compensated, and an entire total inertial moment calculating means 30 for determining the sum of total inertial moment ΣJr, ΣJs of carrying material and the inertial moment Jrmn of a drive roll and a motor as the entire inertial moment ΣJ to be compensated. The motor drive controller further comprises means 31 for operating a correction value corresponding to the control type of a drive controller using the entire inertial moment ΣJ, switches 41-45 for outputting the correction value corresponding to the control type to a drive controller of that control type, and relays 51-54 interlocked therewith. An appropriate compensation amount can be provided to a drive controller by simply inputting the drive control type.
