PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive control device, capable of high-speed switching with a compact and simple structure, using a reduced number of elements of a current drive type and elements having a large drive capability comparable thereto.SOLUTION: A drive output current of a circuit 34, in which at least one semiconductor switching element is connected as a drive circuit, is smaller as compared with a drive output current of a drive circuit 40 of another semiconductor switching element among the semiconductor switching elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
