A motor voltage phase correction unit 31 is provided in a control unit 300 for performing the drive control of a three-phase inverter. The motor voltage phase correction unit 31 corrects a motor voltage phase command value so that a motor voltage current phase difference comes within a range of -90° to +90°, based on: a motor voltage current phase difference, the phase difference between the motor voltage and the motor current, generated by a phase difference operator 27; and on a target phase difference deviation, the deviation with regard to a preset target phase difference, outputted from a target phase difference setting device 28.
