A drive section 12 includes switching elements 16, 17 of one-circuit two-contact point type comprised of a lateral semiconductor element. In the first switching element 16, a common terminal 160 is connected to a motor 11 and a first terminal 161 and a second terminal 162 are connected to a power supply section 15. In the second switching element 17, a common terminal 170 is connected to the motor 11 and a first terminal 171 and a second terminal 172 are connected to the power supply section 15. A control section 14 individually control switching of the respective switching elements 16, 17 so that the common terminals 160, 170 are selectively connected to the first terminals 161, 171 and the second terminals 162, 172 in the respective switching elements 16, 17.
