Abstract:
To smoothly operate multiple motors which rotate a common drive shaft while avoiding increase of cost or mechanical restriction and efficiently drive the multiple motor while balancing them when driving and controlling the motors.SOLUTION: A motor drive device 1 drives and controls multiple motors M1 and M2 which rotate a common drive shaft 3. The motor drive device outputs equal drive power PWM to each of the multiple motors and operates the drive power with a rotation speed detection signal M1_FG or M2_FG of any one of the multiple motors defined as a feedback signal. The feedback signal is switched based on conditions such as responsiveness and efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
