Abstract:
To provide a miniature saw chain having a smooth cut surface, high stability and safety, and low energy consumption.SOLUTION: In a motor-driven saw chain with a 3/16 pitch miniature saw chain, a left cutter, a right cutter, a side link, and a drive link with a driving function are riveted by a chain shaft, where a width A of a saw path is determined by a top blade of the left cutter/right cutter. And a saw path width A is set as A=4.4 to 5.4 mm, and a maximum height C is determined from a lower end of the driving link with a driving function to a top of the left cutter/right cutter. The maximum height C is set as C=C1+C2=8.5 to 9.8 mm, and a mean pitch T is determined from a hole pitch T1 of the driving link with a driving function and a hole pitch T2 of the side link and the left cutter/right cutter, T=(T1 + T2)/2=4.76 mm, and S=A*C*T=178 to 252 mm3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
