To provide a motor driven control valve for accurately giving necessary driving torque by detecting load torque on an electric motor or a transmission gear during controlling a valve opening and then changing over driving torque, and to provide a motor driven actuator.
The motor driven control valve comprises a first transmission gear to which the driving torque of the electric motor 3 is transmitted, a second transmission gear located adjacent to the first transmission gear and meshing with the first transmission gear, a third transmission gear meshing with the second transmission gear for transmitting the driving torque of the electric motor 3 to an output shaft, a switch 13 for controlling a drive control part to change over the torque of the electric motor, and an arm 10 for operating with a load corresponding to the torque transmitted via the first and second transmission gears when the rotation of the output shaft 4 is restricted, to turn the switch 13 on or off.
