Title:
MOTOR-DRIVEN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3240352
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the stability during conveying or installing an injection device and a mold clamping device by connecting the rotated motion transmission parts of the devices and each of high power motors corresponding to the rotated motion transmission parts to each other through a rotation transmission mechanism using a rotation transmission belt.
SOLUTION: All motors for principal parts to be used in the motor-driven injection molding machine 1 are housed in the internal space S of a machine base 2, together with a servo motor 3 for screw rotation, a servo motor 4 for screw reciprocation and a servo motor 15 for injection device reciprocation. These motors for the principal part and the other motors 3, 4, 15 are arranged in the center, in the right-left direction X, of the machine base 2. The servo motor 4 for screw reciprocation and a servo motor 5 for mold clamping are arranged, with their respective directions reversed to each other, on both end sides, in the forward/backward direction Y, of the machine base 2. As the servo motor 3 for screw rotation is arranged between the servo motor 4 for screw reciprocation and the servo motor 5 for mold clamping, the center of gravity of the entire molding machine is lowered and the high weight balance is maintained and further the stability of the molding machine during conveying or installing it is ensured.
