To provide a motor-driven linear actuator in which various thrusts can be dealt with through simple manufacturing.
A planar movable member 16 and an inner panel 44 share a plurality of planar coil bodies 20 and a plurality of thin permanent magnets 42 arranged planarly in the elongating/contracting direction of a motor linear actuator. An outer panel 34 comprises a plurality of thin permanent magnets 42 arranged planarly just like the inner panel 44. Predetermined number of planar movable members 16 and inner panels 44 are prepared depending on a required thrust and laminated alternately between both outer panels 34. The planar movable member 16 is guided by a roller 58 to move up and down with respect to the outer panels 34. A crevice 14 at the upper end is coupled commonly with all outer and inner panels 34, 44 while a crevice at the lower end is coupled commonly with all planar movable members 16.
