To provide a multicurtain-lifting device in which each lifting cord is lifted by each motor and which is suitable to a curtain device for a plurality of curtains.
The device is provided with a winding drum 8 connected to a motor 6 equipped inside a head box 2 and the lifting cord 4 which is connected to the lifting curtain 3 and wound/unwound around the drum 8 rotatedly driven by the motor 6 to perpendicularly open/close the curtain 3. The device includes: the head box 2 extending in a direction of the width of the curtain 3 and holding up its upper ends; at least two sets of the curtains 3 hangingly fixed to the box 2; motors 6 disposed in series at specified intervals in a longitudinal direction of the box 2 and provided with units equal to those of the curtains 3; and an upper limit/lower limit switching means SM for individually controlling the motors 6 by sensing an upper limit/lower limit position of each curtain 3.
