Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of cutting a stainless steel due to a reciprocating saw and to increase the lifetime by setting and maintaining the reciprocating velocity by a microcomputer in the prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:A rotating speed adapted for cutting a stainless steel is previously programmed in a microcomputer 62, a signal is inputted from a rotating speed sensor 63 of a motor 2, an instruction is outputted to a constant speed controller 21, and phase is controlled by a phase controller triac 65 by a signal from a constant speed controller 64, thereby always maintaining the rotating speed of the motor 2 constant. At this time the power supply to the motor 2 is detected by a switch detector 66, and the rotating speed is indicated on a display panel 67 by the signal from the microcomputer 62.
