Title:
MOTOR DRIVER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3715340
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a servo mechanism from damaging by generating an alarm output when an overtorque state is sustained for a predetermined time.
CONSTITUTION: An overtorque detection contact 21 detects overtorque state at a servo motor section and notifies detection of overtorque. It is reset when the overtorque state is eliminated from the servo motor section and overtorque state is not detected. When a current limit output section 22 is outputting a current control command, an enduring overtorque state detection timer 23 performs the counting operation. When the overtorque detection contact 21 is reset, the counting operation is stopped and the count is cleared and when a preset count is reached, an output is produced from the timer 23. In other words, when an output from the enduring overtorque state detection timer 23 is received during motor servo operation, an alarm is delivered from an alarm output section 25.
