Title:
MOTOR DRIVING CIRCUIT BOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009189186
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a motor driving circuit board with multilayer wiring for preventing torque ripple even if a brushless motor is driven.

Resistance values of power supply wirings between respective FETs 20u, 20v, 20w and a power supply terminal 110 is increased as the distance increases. Then, five vias 173 are formed between the FET 20w and the power supply wiring 160, which have the longest distance, three vias 172 are formed between the FET 20v and the power supply wiring 160, which have the next longest distance, and one via 171 is formed between the FET 20u and the power supply wiring 160, which includes the shortest distance. As a result, since the resistance value between the FET 20w and the power supply wiring 160 becomes low, while the resistance value between the FET 20u and the power supply wiring 160 becomes high, the resistance values of wirings between the respective FET 20u, 20v, 20w and the power supply terminal 110 become equal.
