Abstract:
To solve a problem in which, while the registered patent No. 6085753 describes an innovative so-called motor with no magnet on the basis of the innovation of coil structure and core structure whose (torque, output/weight) is approximately one digit higher than that of the conventional motor, the core structure has both ends of a tooth core facing each other for weight reduction, has no yoke part, has a structure that is epoxy molded in combination with a coil, and a method of holding the tooth core in the manufacturing process becomes an issue.SOLUTION: A strong mold body can be constructed by a principle of steel concrete by opening holes 7-1, 7-2,..., 7'-1, 7'-2, ... in which tooth cores fit into positions where the tooth cores 10 are arranged in non-magnetic, high-strength, light metal, such as a hard aluminum support substrate 7 and fitting the tooth core tightly and epoxy-molding it according to the opposite surface of the tooth core. Generated heat of the coil is concentrated on the support substrate, and cooling can be achieved by cooling the support substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
