To prevent friction between a bearing and a lock ring when a rotor is turned, by respectively mounting a first magnetic member in the vicinity of a tip end part of the rotary shaft and a second magnetic member in a lower side of the bearing.
A first/second magnetic members 61, 62 are placed to be opposed, repulsive force exists between both the members. The magnetic member 61 is formed annularly and mounted in the vicinity of a tip end of a rotary shaft 42. The magnetic member 62 is also formed annularly and mounted in a lower surface of a bearing 5, the rotary shaft 42 is inserted in a center hole of the magnetic member 62 and made vertically movable. Consequently, when a rotor 4 is turned, wind force F1 is applied to a base 2 from a blade 43. By this reaction force F2, the rotor 4 is placed in tendency separating from the base 2. While, when the rotor 4 is detached from the base 2, a distance between the magnetic members 61, 62 is contracted, also magnetic repulsive force between the both members is increased. Accordingly, detaching of the rotor 4 from the base 2 can be impeded.
