Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the degree of wire reduction between a controller and a plurality of amplifiers by placing an amplifier on the side or rear of a motor and forming an air layer between the motor and the amplifier.
SOLUTION: The motor 21 integrated with amplifier comprises a motor 1 and an amplifier 13. The motor 1 is provided with a main body casing 22 and the amplifier 13 is supported on and integrated with the motor 1. The amplifier 13 is covered with a cover 27 for heat radiation and further integrated with a motor power supply 28. The motor power supply 28 is connected with a battery and a control board 24 is connected with a controller through transit connection equipment. A multilayer heat insulating and radiating structure 34 is placed between the outer face of the main body casing 22 and the amplifier 13. The multilayer heat insulating and radiating structure 34 is an aggregate of a plurality of thin heat insulating and radiating plates 35 and the air layer with a low heat capacity and the lowest thermal conductivity delivers great heat insulating effect. As a result, the degree of wire reduction between the controller and a plurality of amplifiers can be enhanced.
